Our support begins the moment you sign your franchise agreement. This is how we’ll help you:

• Five-Day: Onsite training program, a portion of which will be spent at our franchise headquarters in Valparaiso, Indiana followed up by training time at your location. We will focus on our sales process, marketing strategy, understanding our CRM system, and professional development. We take you out on actual job sites, and you learn how to master FreeFlow Environmental’s services, customer service, and much, much more.

• Marketing support: Our marketing support is far beyond anything in the drainage industry. We offer a comprehensive marketing strategy that helps get customers, sustain customers, and communicate effectively with your community.
